CASE STUDY: SCALING READINESS VIA DIGITAL LEARNING

The Challenge
MOD DE&S needed to develop tailored digital learning for 2,000+ staff across complex Operational Delivery sub-functions, while maintaining consistency, assurance and pace.

Our Intervention
We designed and delivered SME-validated, Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant interactive courses, hosted on the Defence Learning Environment (DLE), enabling scalable deployment without compromising quality or assurance.

The Outcome
